Another lackluster night of less then two hours of sleep. Tonight is Ambien night👍👍. Need to pick up some Southern Comfort today!!! Best of luck tonight and pleasant dreams! Thanks much, you have no idea how much I’m looking forward to 5 plus hours of sleep👍👍 |

There I was sleeping peacefully and one of the cats woke me with his yowling to be let out. Sleep Paralysis kept me from moving for a while but I finally was able to get up, let the little bastard out, re-pack the woodstove, have a pee, smoke a pipe and now am thinking about heading back to bed. It is always someting, eh?

Thanks to the new manufacturer, a different Ambien and two glasses of 100 Proof Southern Comfort.......I SLEPT FOR JUST OVER 7 HOURS. Now I see sleep coming this Saturday night as well👌👍👍. I feel like a “ Hooman “ today!!!

Thanks to the new manufacturer, a different Ambien and two glasses of 100 Proof Southern Comfort....... I SLEPT FOR JUST OVER 7 HOURS. Now I see sleep coming this Saturday night as well👌👍👍. I feel like a “ Hooman “ today!!! Wonderful news, Ted!!!! Sleep for us old folks is a necessary item...without we loose what little is left of the gray matter that decides what we do all day...as against being a walking vegetable. Be careful about feeling like a Hooman...they are the cause of this worlds' problems. Think I would rather be a small dog...like my small sweet baby sleepin' VVVVVV with my wife in the bedroom.  |

I don’t drink Southern Comfort often and only take Ambien twice a week. Let’s see what tonight brings!!

Had to alternate between Xanax and Trazadone to be able to get any sleep. Been on 300mg. of Morphine each day to be able to move and get out of bed. Pharmacy was concerned about the dosage...talked to my Dr. and was happy with that. Brought them additional documentation from a world renown orthopedic surgeon...no hope for my back and condition...only pain meds to be able to move...just got use to it as part of my life. Had a problem with marijuana and can't use that anymore...body had gotten dependent not addicted and was seriously miserable when I didn't have it...can't travel with that hanging over my head.
So, like just ol Ed, we suffer with old age problems...beats the alternative....being dead.

1:14 am and still searching the forums. Sleeping SUCKS. I have the dumbest, worthless, black and white. ...mostly black and can barely make things out, nightmares about former bosses, always searching for a damned time card, riding motorcycles backwards, stupid recollections of bad times in my life, etc. And 1/4 of our lives are wasted doing this. Talk about a supreme flaw in the evolutionary progression.
