are you for real? I've made kimchi before, but just countertop kind. I didn't have the little shrimp, so I used shrimp fish sauce instead. Didn't seem to make a difference, flavor wise. I wish this was for real but sad to say it is not. Yes I am a naughty fellow who placed a 😁 as a warning to others. The bright spot is I have enjoyed Kimchi in the past. I find the flavors melt together where some components are pushed to the background. Boooooo
