A minute or two away from smoking Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 1980s black sandblasted slight bend Savory’s Argyll 281 Cherrywood with a black vulcanite stem. About ready to go to my yearly Christmas visit to my friend Matt's house. Lots of cool people, some with guitars, always show up, and there's usually one fellow pipe smoker there, so we'll have a blast! See you folks later!

Merry Xmas folks, after a delicious Xmas dinner at my sisters & family, we visited some local cousins, then into the near countryside for more gifting to cousins, with the dying there is always birth & I was happy to hear of a new baby on the way. Reflecting on the ghosts of Xmas past, with some of my favourite things gifted to me, may you have a happy , healthy & Prosperous New Year, G'bless. I see you've got Old Speckled Hen beer... One of my favorite of the English Pale Ale variety... CHEERS & flavorful smokes!

Daughters & Ryan TAPS VIP... love this one - ordered some tins!!! The Virginias and Periques in the D&R blends are phenomenal... SPICY and sweet! If chasing flavor and trying to guess if it's there is not your thing, try this one and other D&R's... FANTASTIC! Another Top 10 desert island dream blend... Thanks again JimInks - BULLSEYE!!! www.tobaccoreviews.com/blend/4544#review90693

Earlier, I smoked two bowls of D&R VIP in the first pipe Trever Talbot made when he went to France many years ago. It's a smooth straight Algerian briar Billiard bowl with a long Canadian stem, unbranded. Now, I'm part way through this bowl of HU Directors Cut in a straight black sandblast 2 star Ferndown Bark Prince with a Cumberland stem.

A couple minutes or so away from smoking MacBaren Symphony in a mid-70s slight bend black sandblasted English Rustic 120 billiard with a black vulcanite stem. A cup of hot tea is my drink. Had a great time with friends today, and am getting ready to watch The Case of the Lucky Legs starring Warren William as Perry Mason. These 1930s Mason movies are fun to watch.
Glad you are enjoying the D&R VIP, Baboo. I upvoted your review at TR. I have 30 tins of it cellared. It's a favorite smoke of mine, and deserves wider attention. Don't forget to try the D&R S.J. Rimboche, which is VIP without the toppings. You'll be glad you did, man.
