This study says that Pizza is a processed food..Therefore if you eat too much you could gain weight..I didn't know there was such a thing as too much Pizza.

That's interesting.
I'd hardly say it's processed... Sure, the dough is made from processed flour but if you make it yourself you're part of the process.
Pasta is processed, does that make spaghetti a processed dinner?
Seems a bit far to me.

It's dough ... of course it's processed. Won't stop me from eating it, though! Edit: The point is that most people aren't going to eat 4 big handfuls of grain but will eat the same amount processed into a hunk of bread.

I've spent most of my adult life as a single, lazy, gluttonous shut-in. I miss not hating pizza. haha

I miss not hating pizza. haha I read an article a few years back, depending on your toppings pizza was considered one of the โ healthier โ fast foods. Iโm no longer picky, I could eat pizza every night with a smile on my face๐๐๐

I only eat gluten free vegan pizza so I'm in the clear and more healthy that you. But seriously folks, it's all about a classic NY style pie for me. And as I've gotten older I have cut back on my intake of it but when I do eat it, you're damn right its unhealthy and it tastes so good.

I like pizza but tend to like the NY style more with a thin crust... There is a great pizza place nearby ran by a family from Chicago, they make a deep dish that feels like it is 10 pounds, but I get a gut ache from all the cheese. When I see places like Pizza Hut roll rope cheese int the crust, that really grossed me out, not to mention Ceasarโs that looks like a six inch thick crust.
Must have crushed peppers and frosty beer while consuming.

I have had it recommended by a buddy, never made it in there, but just last week, I was telling the wife we need to check it out.

Mrslax and I split the don with extra sauce and a small caesar salad (you have to ask for and pay for the anchovies) and a boot of Peroni after the January meeting. The food is as good or better as the flagship Brooklyn location.
Lax's pizza style is thin cracker crust. My favorite is South Lanes in our neighborhood, a "vintage" pizza bowl that was last remodeled in 1956. They haven't cleaned their traditional pizza oven in years so you get black flecks of tasty char in very greasy bite.

By the time I get done adding stuff to a Red Baron it is a super deluxe. We have taken to Pizza Hut when the wife works from home just because it is close by. The good pie is a 50 miles away and made by a Russian guy go figure.

If you thaw out a frozen pizza and toss it on the grill, it does wonders.
