Please make sure you read all of the attached updates as there is some exciting news and of course some rules we must abide by!!! Because of recent changes in Virginia State Law and FDA guidelines you must be 21 years old to attend! No exceptions! IDs will be checked at the door. Don't be offended if you are old (like me) and they ask for ID. They have to check. Sutliff would really appreciate it if you would pre-register at Eventbrite. It's free, there is no hard commitment, they just want an idea of how many people to anticipate so they can plan the multiple factory tours and blending seminars throughout the day. Also, to get a head count for the free lunch!!! Lets see who is helping make it even better... www.tobaccopipes.com/ are sponsoring the free cookout style lunch of burgers, dogs chips etc. and the main building!...and exhibiting! www.iwanries.com/index.cfm are sponsoring the blending seminars and the after 5:30 beer! www.cupojoes.com/ are sponsoring the tents and the after 5:30 live Entertainment!...and exhibiting! www.brighampipes.com/ is adding some treats to the check-in goodie bags from Sutliff that will include come great samples!!!...and exhibiting! There will be a $5.00 admission fee. Besides gaining entry to a show with vendor tables full of pipes and tobacco you will also have the opportunity to tour the Sutliff Factory and see pipe tobacco production in action. Also, there will be blending seminars with Per Georg Jensen of Mac Baren, Russ Ouellette of Pipes and Cigars and Jeremy Reeves of Cornell and Diehl. You will also get a free lunch of cook out food...burgers, hot dogs, chips etc.!!! There will food truck food available for purchase for dinner and free beer (3 tickets per person) starting around 5:30 after the show is over. There will be a new Mac Baren release and other fine blends from them and Sutliff. Now for a wonderful surprise and generous gesture by the fine folks of Sutliff. Seems they found some wonderful aged tobacco in their warehouse and have decided to make up a very special blend limited to this show only!!! They have tinned it up, approximately 300 50 gram tins and will sell them at the show with all proceeds going to benefit the fight against Juvenile Diabetes!!! The limit will be a maximum of 5 tins per person, CASH ONLY and only for people at the show!!!...I can tell you this is a blend that will appeal to everyone so bring some extra cash folks!!! FYI-there are NO ATM's at the show!!! Table rentals are over 80% full. Don't wait to get your rentals in. You don't want to miss this factory tour/blending seminar/pipe show. It's gonna be a busy day! for those attending, plz send a sincere "howdy" from probably the only person who's Sav 2nd sponsored pipe burst into flames at the '89 slo-smoke contest...67mins in. That's the stuff which should have placed me as charter member of the "Hall of Infamy" (if one ever exists). Actually finished 2nd & the winner had a rough time doing so...from laffing at my misery.

Unsure how the parking is. Very narrow street leading to the plant and don't know how much room will be left after the food and beer trucks get in.

There will be plenty of parking, the crane company next door is letting Sutliff/CORPS use their lot for parking cars. It’s very large so parking should not be a problem. There will be someone to give directions as well.
Plenty of room for one and all as long as you are 21 plus!!!
