Just curious if any of you folks wear a watch these days. Lets see some pics of those your wearing! Today I'm wearing my Glycine Airman I wore at the University of Vietnam. I just got it cleaned up and adjusted and put a nice calf band on it. This is the first time it's had a service since I got back. A lot of the medivac pilots used these which made me want one. I always kept the second time zone set for Texas time so that i was sort of in touch with home.

I rarely wear one thanks to work. But when I do, it's just a Citizen that my wife got me the first year we were dating. I need a pocket watch though. I've wanted one forever, but I never think to look/buy one. Michael, are you trying to get me to spend all of my money this weekend???

I quit wearing a watch some years ago. I do consult my phone when I need to know the time, which I still do. One of these days...

around the house/knock around, 20yr old basic Timex, black face/white hands that light up if ya push the stem button. All that's been done since new...3yr battery change. During yard work, don't care what time is. If wanta look a bit more human & go out in public, usually a SwissArmy (long ago gifted from family) steel casing. Cleaned yearly by our local jeweler (free when buy battery)
No camera etc here

Pulsar- about the only watch that would stay running on me, most all other analog watches quit after 3 months or so.

Garmin Fitbit 2. I have over 30 watches, mostly self winding, but I almost never wear them anymore.

I love watches, but since my battery stopped working a few years ago I've just consulted my phone when I need to know the time. I must rectify that.

I feel naked without a watch. I’m wearing a vintage Huer Carrera. I’ve been thinking of asking Santa for an Apple i Watch 5 this year.

Just like most people today. I carry a pocket watch. It doesn’t have a chain, but does have a case. Better than they use to be tho. I can talk on it and take pictures, search the internet etc. Oh and unlike in the past, this pocket watch comes with a monthly charge! Then there is the Fitbit on my wrist, it reminds me to get off my butt and walk every hour. Makes a great night light when nature calls in the middle of the night! Oh it tells me the time too. And it only needs to be recharged every couple days. Then the Tag Heuer, Have had it for 5 years, never have changed the battery. Keeps great time. I don’t wear it on a regular basis. Paid $30 for it. In Beijing China. Enuf said about it! LOL.

For many years here, a pocket watch owing to my hands and wrists frequently in the irrigation water. For a time, I relied on my cell phone for the time. With all the outages we have had this became unreliable. Lately, I began wearing an old watch from the 1960s. A Nivada Grenchen Depthomatic. It keeps excellent time and contains the venerable ETA 2472 movement.
The watch above is representative. Mine has a rotating bezel not as pitted as the one shown above.

I've not found need for a wristwatch for nearly 30 years. Retailers around here carry so few of them any more that I figured they were on their way to extinction.

Don't really wear a watch anymore but when I do it most likely a Seiko Sea Lion that I repaired when I had better control of my hands. Also I beat the living tarnation out of crystals when I was working I was always around big machines and big iron. I also just don't care about time anymore and most of the time I don't even know what day of the week it is.

Omega SeaMaster 300. Frankly, too lazy to go grab it for a photo.
If you are looking for something new, I would check out DavidSW on line. He buys and sells high end watches. I bought the then three month old SeaMaster with the full warranty, full presentation box, spare band, etc. It was in perfect condition. Great selection and very easy with which to work, but his stock turns over fast.

Nice Orient, I have my eye on several, but I don't have any excuse to buy another watch. 😕

Yeah and a long time F1 enthusiast. I really like the TAG watch in McQueen's iconic Gulf livery. Need a picture. I never saw a blue and orange TAG. Never mind, I googled it. Very nice watch for only 6k.🤯
