You’ve broken my heart Ron. I was actually thinking home made.....☹️ I make chicken and sausage gumbo, but it's not soup and it takes all day.

Sweet potato casserole with marshmallows, ham, turkey breast and gravy over cornbread dressing, green beans, fruit salad yeast rolls, and Cranberry sauce I gotta get to work on the gravy. Giblets, neck, vegetables have been simmering for many hours. Time to strain and add to roux. A little cream so it is extra rich and fattening. Just cannot cram enough calories into this meal!!!

We do a big ham instead of turkey. I bake it long and slow in the oven with 7-up, a can of pineapple slices with the juice and maraschino cherries.

Gravy about done. It definitely does not taste like it came out of a jar. Not that there's anything wrong with the Heinz Turkey Gravies I consumed over the years.

So I was at the grocery store and for some reason I saw anchovies and said you know I’ve never tried those for a buck and some change I should fix that. So I ended up with a can of anchovies in olive oil all they had. Well not to make this a long story but they weren’t bad salty but not bad. I’d probably revisit them sometime.

to be Schwan #481 (3) toaster pancakes, one cycle. Usual adds & nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers.
Plans for sups...finish off last of the leftovers from Thurs. Nuke on less than full power warms same up without having to use oven
