More of that boiled beef, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. I fear this will be a long road to completion. Why, oh why, do I make so much??? I am used to cooking for crowds and find it hard to cook for one person. I just do what Ed does and let Schwan Foods handle it.

Trying deperately to cook to large Artichokes, I am missing the pressure regulator for the pressure pot. Water boils at 197degrees here so it is hard to cook some things without pressure.

Designed to keep the pot at 15 PSI. Ordered a replacement from Amazon. How the original disappeared is hard to figure. Also missing is the insert for canning or to prevent scorching on the bottom. I suspect one of the cats but I am making no accusations without further evidence.

I kept the pressure regulator for 10 years before I threw it away.

Another fried egg, cheese and sausage sandwich. I lay awake at night and listen to my arteries harden. You look healthy, vegans and vegetarians that I know look kinda zombie-like. Some of my relatives that lived long lives ate sausage and eggs regularly, I think all the processed food is what has the most detrimental effect... them listed ingredients on the boxes... whoa!

A four pound Boston Butt on the Weber. Hoping to smoke it all day. Will add hickory chunks later today.
Meanwhile, a Zummo Andouile Sausage will be grilled so I keep up my strength.

Vegans have that perpetual hunger look in their eyes. The ones who attacked Joe and Jill Biden were like that.

Where's the "drooling" emoji!? The pork is good, Just ate a slice of the tip. Resting Then sliced and served with apple chutney. I am not into making the Pulled Pork. Sweet and spicy beans on the side and an articholes for a starter. Imprisonmnet at home has its compensations!

Diced onions into burgers with a dimple on the top filed with Worcestershire sauce. It bleeds into the burger instead of the sauce burn/scorching in the pan before the burger is cooked.
