Just had a Oscar Mayer oven baked turkey on some whole wheat bread with Dukes low fat mayo. I now know why there was a lot of this left at Kroger and am pretty sure this is what they feed you in prison. Next sandwich I make with this is getting a slice of onion, jalapeno or something. But it is late and I am in night owl mode and have to be quiet. It was this or pressed ham so........ I am not a big cold cut person preferring left over whatever sandwiches or good cheese with a cured sausage of some kind with crackers. This is sold in the round one pound package like their bologna but alas I am saving my tuna in case times get tough with the virus.

Walks & WAYS done. After checking overnite e-messages, Schwan #662 two toaster waffles, one cycle. Add usual adds & nuke to plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa & all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers.

We had some very thin steaks in the freezer, package said "cut for milanesa de cara". Shweetie toasted 2 large slices of sourdough bread, fried 2 eggs over medium with melted cheese on them, seared the steak briefly in a skillet with season salt and pepper, and put it all together into a big breakfast sandwich for me. Quite tasty.

Breakfast was a stack of Bisquick pancakes with RAISINS. Topped with mixed fruit jam.
Lunch was my ancient but still palatable Gumbo. Sausage, shrimp, and chicken.
Supper will be more of the boiled beef, cabbage, carrots and potato.
I have a Boston Butt I want to put on the Weber Grill for many hours.
