London Broil sliced thin, pounded thinner and grilled in an iron pan. On pan fried bread with slice raw onions, mustard and lettuce. Brussels Sprouts, steamed. What a day. Lady neighbor had a connecting rod part in her truck's engine. Much drama.

greets again all. usual walks, WAYS done earlier. Clothes hanging on the line. To be a Jimmy Dean "breakfast bowl", added sausage link, a little butter. 3mins nuke on high, plateful of mess. Add k-cup cocoa & to smoking room desk, feed the Ed & continue with the papers. Another busy day ahead, course what outside work gets done depends on weather...pretty decent for now

An 85/15 pre-made burger patty on the old George Foreman grill. Pretzel bun, sliced raw onions, dill pickle slices, tomato, lettuce, mustard. White Cheddar on the meat. Damn, that tasted good.

oh anchovies too. (is there any edit post button here?) Yes, there is. On you post, in the top, right corner, there are 3 buttons. One of those looks like a round gear with cogs. Click that one, and you should have the option to "edit post".

oh anchovies too. (is there any edit post button here?) I must have anchovies on my pizza and several. No one else I know will touch them. I also make anchovy toast with an anchovy tapenade. Too many people think it is cat food. LOL!

Ed, I hope the Missus a speedy recovery and back home again!!!
As for me, beef ribs on the charcoal grill indirect heat. Hickory chunks on the coals. Later, sweet corn on the cob to be added. There may be some ancient potato salad in the back of the refer. My beans with Tsimayo Hot Sauce.
While all of this is going on, sipping a cool Mai-Tai made with Trader Vic's Concentrated Mai-Tai syrup, fresh squeezed lime and Jamaican Dark Rum.

I hope this is a short visit. Today has only just started. I've just had a bowl of muesli...BBQ later tonight, I hope (but we're not going to risk anything by going to get meat, so I'm defrosting some meat. Probably for the best as I normally go way overboard with BBQs - like I get a cut of almost every animal and feel sick after.

Sushi! One of the Kroger's grocery stores in our town has a sushi counter with people making up fresh sushi all day. Bought a couple of trays, brought it home, and ate it on the back patio for lunch. A little wine too. Beautiful sunny day here today.

In from 5 hours of irrigation rounds and hungry! No breakfast. So, lunch was a nice sliced ham sandwich with lettuce and sliced raw onion, butter, mayonnaise and mustard on large slices of sourdough whole wheat bread.
