What kind of fish, Larry? For freshwater, I like perch and trout. Mudcats and Carp not so much. Pretty much any saltwater fish I like.

Breakfast was Krusteaz pancake mix. I was in a hurry so I just mixed and drank it.
Lunch was brown Basmati rice and mashed Fava beans (Foule Muddamas) with the garnish.
Not sure about dinner yet.

Roasted a nice turkey breast a couple of days ago. Made a turkey wrap for supper using a whole wheat tortilla. Enough for me. Mayo, cranberries and lettuce.

Italian Beef - been cooking all day in the slow cooker. It's going to last several days, which is good considering the price of meat these days.

everything else done for now in WAYS thread. To be JimmyDean "breakfast bowl" with added sausage link. Regular price...$3.20 per. Last week...4 for $9.99. Bought 8 of 'em. Such a deal, oy vey (& I'm not Jewish)! Glad to have the xtra old upright freezer that has to be defrosted 'bout once a year. Unit probably 30yrs old....at least.
Seeing as it's supposed to hit 90 eventually, plan on eating more on the "lite" side, esp at suppers.

It will be Ful Mudammas for breakfast this morning. That is a stew of Fava Beans, mashed with lemon juice, olive oil, tahini (if it can be found), and served on flat bread. I use a tortilla. Supposedly, this is the national dish of Egypt. Some folks top it with a fried or poached egg.
I spend much of my day dealing with Egyptian irrigation. Might was well share their breakfast.

Made a pot of ground turkey chili that simmered for about 2 hours. Now cooling to let everything marry and then will reheat and serve for dinner. I took the rind off a wheel of smoked Gouda and added it during cooking for some flavor
