Earlier, a more enjoyable bowl of Sutliff MRV 515 in the large bowl of a MM Elf Cobbit with regular bent stem. The larger bowl of this pipe really seemed to improve the flavor of this one.

Had a bowl of Hobbits Weed on a Jobey Shellmoor 300. Now Spiced Rum in a Nording 925 bent billiard. Sitting in the dark on the back patio. Nice night, except for the looters.

I like it fresh. It is one of the blends that is great fresh, and it may be psychological with me but the blackened coins seem much smoother.

After three 13 1/2 hour days I should be down but find myself awake and craving the pipe. Going with some Savinelli Doblone d'oro in a Savinelli Impero 920KS.

Left over blend called Savannah in a bent Falcon pipe. There was nothing to it, like trying to smoke air. No taste, just going through the process

2019 Sansepolcro in a shop pot. Deciding if I need to buy this year's offering. It still tastes like C&D to.me. maybe 5 years is the magic number.

Any idea how to date them? No idea at all,Monty , I also have two extras, and a Shellmore as well, all have the gadget like ,screw in connector that I hate...I smoke the Strombolis because of the great hand-feel, but the airflow is so poor with the Shellmore that it's just a display piece.

I was watching some You-Tube video once. Some guy was talking about how the "Jobey link" restricted air flow - and that in another vidoe he would show how to fix that. I assume he was just going to drill it out. There is plenty of wall thickness, and if you mess it up, a new link is only $6.

Back to back Cobs full of my newest blend, Burley Legal, this morning with coffee ... I think it's about ready. OOPS!! IT'S JUNE!! Already! Been wondering how the tastings were coming along? Sounds like it's coming along nicely. Yesterday I smoked a nice 50/50 mix of Sutliff natural cavendish, and the 515 in the Medico Guardsman. This am some Match Barking Dog in a cob with hot black tea.

greets again & happy HumpDay to those affected. 2-miles power walks earlier, no-band 6x42 for company. After the Ed is fed, '06 daVinci in Castello "Castello" bent Dublin & continue with the papers. Only errand running later...to HomeDepot & get two bags of potting soil for wifie to "play" with in a planter. Otherwise supposed to be quiet
