Greets all. In from usual full walks, no-band 5x50 for company. After the Ed is fed, '06 "mostly latakia" well dried in RadiciRind full bent poker-sitter & continue with the papers. Drizzly rain started so will have to put ice melt down on porch/steps before heading out. Have to keep same at room temp cause last winter left out on porch & what was left became a brick. A few smaller pipes thruout the day as the cobs are in "rest" mode As usual, stay safe all (as much as possible) 31,drizzle rain xpected for much of the day Ed Duncan, Batavia, NY pipe/cigar since '62 Happy Monday Ed. Good morning all. Half my morning chores are done. I am currently settling into a bowl of brown cow in an MM cob, with a cup of tea. When this goes out I will putter around finishing my chores.

Finished up a bowl of Fr. Dempsey from last night, cup of joe to keep it company. Will likely load up some Presb Mixture in a bit. Definitely need a coffee refill. Cold, gloomy, and rainy today. I hate rain.

How boring. My usual bowl of Z92. I think I am unusually susceptible to tongue-bite, and since Z92 never afflicts me with that it’s my go-to. Curious about latakia I have a pouch of it on the way. Inquiring minds wanna know...  |

took a few small plastic tables & chairs to cellar (keeping both porches mty for snow work (nothing much yet). Then wrote some checks to pay some near due bills. Will help wifie do some gift wrapping right before dinders. Now tea at desk, '06 DGT same RadiciRind from the a.m. in smoking room. Sorta wonder how many can DGT a lg bowl of probably 99% latakia (maybe just an "Ed" thang). Snoozie next then to sups

Two bowls today. Started with MacB Scottish Blend in my Vuen and finished off with SG Grousemoor in my Peterson. Hung out on my patio, the poor man’s man cave, with a portable heater to keep me warm. Overall, a very pleasant Monday.

I've been smoking on a pound of C&D Burley Ribbon. It is offered in most cases as a blending tobacco, but I like it straight because I like plain burley flavor. This morning I am smoking it in a Dr. Grabow Royal Duke billiard. It is settled... I have become my Dad.
