Fauci had one job to have a plan in case of a pandemic he was told to stop playing with bats and camels twice by two presidents and was defunded twice. The man is a idiot! Forgive me, but I'm not sure what your point is. The NIH was told to stop research on coronavirus transmission between bats and humans, which is of particular interest considering COVID-19 originate in bats. Your statement seems to imply that Fauci was directly involved in that research. And as I remember it, Fauci's recommendations were ignored at every turn, so if he had some "ultimate plan" for a pandemic the current administration would have likewise ignored him. |

The Obama administration was so alarmed by worries about an outbreak that they suspended support for this kind of research at Wuhan in 2014. But when Trump took office, Fauci was able to persuade him that it was safe, and the project resumed in 2017. The second tranche of multi-million dollar funding came in 2019, and this stash was particularly devoted to understanding how bat coronaviruses could mutate to attack humans. Don't go blaming this on the current administration Fauci is dangerous and has been working with Wuhan for years. Here you go SEABCRU has been working and paying US universities since 2007. Its not nice to play with mother nature.
