Cuisinart Pizza oven arrived today. Planning on pizza this evening. My old electric oven just does not get hot enough to really work pizza into something edible.

Decided to make breakfast after work this morning, Eggs Benedict with turkey in place of ham. When I went to make the hollandaise, discovered we had no Tabasco. Saw the bottle of Demitris bloody mary seasoning, chili and peppers flavor. So I thought why not put a few dashes of that in there. Came out quiet good. Everyone enjoyed it.

All I have done today is eat.
Breakfast at first watch.
Neighbor from Egypt brought over homemade Baklava… it is the only thing she knows how to make but it is five stars!
Curbside pickup from Olive Garden chicken shrimp carbonara, breadsticks and salad to have while we watched the Phoenix Suns squeak by the Clippers.
Massive amounts of cookies from Crumbl cookie company.
Time for a diet.

One of my wife's favorite meals is stuffed salmon - that we buy at Sam's Club. Tonight I made it myself. Had to take a couple different recipes and create a "hybrid" stuffing - then added some minced garlic, which neither recipe had. Looks good. It'll go into the oven soon.

Focaccia of sliced sourdough French Bread topped with Extra Virgin olive oil, sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, grated four cheese blend, pizza spice mix from King Arthur. It is little known the old King was an expert Pizza chef. Hence the Round Table.
