Pretty good for what it does, when it comes to grilling though for me it has to be charcoal. Every other way though, I am a big fan.

My wife made me a salami and mortadella sandwich for lunch. I sure miss real Italian Mortadella. Cannot get it in the Town of Toad. I can order on-line but it is the whole 12 pound sausage. More than I need.

My first attempt at Dan Dan Noodles. Not as soupy as in photos I've seen, but tasty. Used a jar of pre-made sauce from a very cool Asian market in the area. Will try it again, only dress it up with more vegetables. Dish comes from Sichuan province, but this stuff was gently warming.

Usual Fri late afternoon doings. Help wifie put groceries away, to diner across from store, home with fish frys. Either cod or haddock, depends on diner wholesale cost. Can't tell the diff. Including two sides per, total around $25 incl generous tip for server. Ours are great, if know ya, sense of humor atcha If ever out with pipe friends (none here), that's where we'go. Fancy restaurants for those with fancy incomes. We don't qualify

Oh. I didn't know they made that. I've got one. It's great. When we rented a house in The Villages, FL, this spring, we brought ours with us. I've "grilled" salmon, fillet mignon, New York strip, hamburgers, pork chops. Made the best fillet mignon I've ever made in it! Several times. Baked stuffed salmon. Used the dehydrator to make beef jerky a couple of times. Air fried tatter tots, fries, garlic bread. Thinking about buying one for each of the kids for Christmas, but afraid they wouldn't bother using it. (We bought them all air fryers several years ago, but they don't use them. Just last month, my wife took my daughters out of the box and cooked fries in it for her. Now she uses it all the time.)

Pesto Pizza on a Tapioca Flour crust and topped with sliced green olives, sun dried tomatoes, sliced onion, sliced Portobello mushrooms, extra Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. I might have an Italian sausage on the side. My friend does not eat pork products. Only Grass Fed Beef and Lamb from animals with Diplomas.
