Soon headed out for groceries, bring home & help wifie put 'em away. Return to diner across from grocery store, home with two fish frys. Either cod or haddock, depending on wholesale cost to owners. Can't tell the difference. I don't use tarter, just a little butter & reheat as needed. Ice cream on a stick later, company of Jeopardy.
Welcome to PM any comments etc or glad to see 'em here next visit

Missed Breakfast owing to pain and nausea. Late lunch of pork chops, curry rice and lentils. Better now!

Protein shake and an arugula salad I "Liked" your post, not because it sounds good to me, but because I admire your self-discipline.

Another thick slice of pre-grilled venison roast, 40 sec in MA to warm; cole slaw; french fries in air fryer. Made a "sauce" for the meat of Colman's English mustard and balsamic vinegar. A decent lunch repast.

Sliced lightly smoked tongue with kishka and brown gravy. More of Katz Deli.
The thing about Kishka is there is never enough of it on the plate. An all too common complaint!

Hey! I have pretty much been eating hotdogs like that for years and didn’t know it had a name. My local dog joint does a pretty close rendition of one.

That sounds like a great meal in one hand, though I think it would be better with a fork.

You do have those nice diet fry bread sandwiches though! 😁 When I was in Mexico City there were salchicharones places all over that were explained to me as hot dog stands. Now I regret not trying one. But I was eating a lot of great food on that trip.

All else mentioned in WAYS thread. Coming up soon, Schwan #717 "breakfast bowl", added cut up sausage link, topped with butter & shred cheddar. With k-cup cocoa, all to smoking room desk, eat & continue with the papers

Braised short ribs, steamed squash and a super salad. My Ex used to make "Deviled Shortribs". Braised long and low in a mustard sauce. The very Devil, it was!
