Shweetie took some chicken thighs, seasoned them perfectly, added potatoes and onions, wrapped them in individual foil packets and baked them in the oven. They were outstanding. Served with breadsticks and sweet tea.

Not sure what a bagel dog is. Anyway, that zucchini with the red sauce and cheese? I came into the kitchen in time to see the cat, "Luger" lapping it all up. He cleaned the bowl and left tounge marks. I never seen a cat eat tomato sauce with olives, wine and cheese but there he was. I have to change his name to "Luigi", clearly he has some Italian in him.

I liked it as a kid. It and the off-brand version, too. (Can't think of the name of it right now. Not "Meet", but something like that.) But I liked anything salty. Spam, vienna sausages, etc. Never had sardines, so don't know about that one. Treet. There it is! Thank you.

NY Strip and veggie tots. The quality of the steak was less than expected, but not terrible. In my experience that is a steak which must be picked carefully. I have had many that were supposedly USDA Choice but were more like a boot sole. So, I look them over closely for marbling, gristle and nerve tissue.

That is what my neighbors do with their tough "Ranch" meat.

This was Valentine's Day Dinner. I'm not much a fan of the "holiday" but none the less, I enjoy cooking, so I don't mind calling it a "Valentine's Dinner".
Grass fed roast pork chop with cranberry balsamic reduction, twice baked potato with bacon and chives, and roasted asparagus with home-made hollandaise sauce.

Coupla bison burgers on sweet slider buns. Courtesy of my cuz’s ranch... I thought about Beefalo years ago and some thought to full bison. I had one for a short time. A young bull. The investment in fences, corrals, pens is just too great for me. They are very good eating.

Lunch today was soup...followed by a piece of Spokandy dark chocolate. Nobody really likes dark chocolate...but it really isn't bad.
