Trout Stream in an MM Apple Diplomat. First try. Pretty good. Does Les blend that? I don't know. I bought mine from 4Noggins - as "Hearth & Home Bulk: TROUT STREAM". On Tobacco Review - under "pipesandcigars.com Scotty's Trout Stream" it says blended by Eric Nicolas. I think they are (or were) the same thing. Now - on pipesandcigars.com they are selling "Scotty's Bulk Blends - Trout Stream" - which looks like a kit for you to mix yourself. The picture looks like it has much more black cavendish in it. So who knows.

Short of medication, the thing I found that worked best was meditation. Specifically, vipassana meditation.

Awesome choice Ron! Haven’t had the pleasure of trying this blend but it’s on my list! Tragically Tewksbury Hobbits Weed was last produced around December 2017. But you can get Tewksbury Hobbits Weed Match from 4Noggins. I love it - so does my wife. It's probably her favorite for me to smoke. It must be very popular as it’s no longer listed on 4Noggins. You snooze you lose I guess.

Yes I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts about the High Hat and 191 too. The 191 intrigues me as it’s two main components are honey and vanilla combined with some Kentucky Burley. As I’m confident you’re mainly an aro smoker (based on your past posts), I’d appreciate your expert opinion as this blend is on my Wish List.As for the High Hat, I’ve heard everything from “being the best American produced English/Balkan blend” to being a raisiny, plumy, sweet everyday smoke. After that, what’s not to love? I could send you samples of both, man. Straight out of the jar. Just say the word. Left you pm.

Ok... that makes sense. Now I know why, as I’ve checked out a few different on line stores and nobody has it. As per Ron’s comment above, if you know or have the recipe, would you kindly forward a link? Thanks! 4noggins has a match version, in stock. Thanks brother.

NewMinster round slices (pictured) from 2015 in a Don Warren freehand. I was rooting through the cellar looking for some to send a buddy and a pleasant surprise, I found a couple pounds of jarred McClellands 2015 I didn't know that I had.
I need to do an inventory and create a spreadsheet.

Tom Eltang must have the market cornered on exquisite pieces of briar, and/ or be a wizard of the briar.
I suspect both are the case.
That is one badass looking pipe!

Being one of the best living pipemakers, Tom gets the best briar and carves pipes that smoke better than they look. This one is Snail grade, Tom's highest grade. I got a good deal on it as an estate in great condition.

Panic/anxiety attacks mostly. Been having a lot lately, and for some reason it only gets me at night. Maybe because that's when my mind gets to wander. Right there with you. I quit drinking about 12 years ago, but lately I'm finding that just a little scotch after a lot of hard work seems to be overriding the ruminations.
