Filled the bowl of a no-name bent Dublin with more Sherlock Holmes. Gotta run to Dad's house to pick up some things for him, will deliver when I go see him a little later this afternoon.

A bit of PS Natural Dutch Cavendish in a Savinelli Petite billiard: This blend won't be replacing any of my favorites, but I just might buy some more when this 1-oz sample is gone.

Yuck. Rain, flooding, rain, and mo' flooding. ERR in a MM Washington. It looks like things are pretty soggy in your area. It does get that way in the Spring, and every so many summers. The Little Princess is at Hanover, so I keep an eye on the weather down that way. She and I are the pluviophiles (and introverts) of the family. When I texted her this morning to see how she's faring, I wasn't really surprised when she said that she's not left her building in the past couple days and didn't even realize it had been raining

Good morning! The princess is sleeping in after staying up late/early deglazing & painting cabinets. It rained all night, and is still sprinkling, so I'm taking shelter on the front porch with a bowlful of Visions of CelephaΓ―s in my Grabow freehand & a cup of City Market dark roast coffee & chicory, and enjoying the morning quiet and sounds of the rain. Times like this make it easy to remember how blessed I am. Good morning to you too! Glad to know Iβm not the only one who enjoys a bowl listening to the rain. It almost has a calming effect, in my case anyway. Enjoy your VoC and coffee. Seems to me youβve found your βfortress of solitude.β I lived in Bothell, Carnation, and Edmonds in the previous life. Never needed a TV & didn't need a radio for much either (except Wo-pop on KCMU) because there was always the rain to listen to and watch. I really miss it sometimes.

urbino - I think they call it an acorn, just because of the tapered bottom. It is really comfortable in the hand though.

Plumberry in my Yello Bole Burley. Watching my wife ignore the t.v. shows because the guide is more entertaining.. I guess. π€ I wonder what her Meyers-Briggs type is. I'm betting she's some sort of **TJ variation. One of the things that drives the princess the craziest is when I get ahold of the remote and just scroll through all the different possibilities, saving them to my Watch List (that somehow never gets watched because I really don't watch much TV-- I just like having the *option* of watching something interesting). MacBaren's Scottish Mixture in my Grabow Freehand. 160ml of Shackleton at the elbow. 62ΒΊF and overcast. Sunset officially in one minute. I could seriously be happy with this all year long.

Sorry Iβm a little late with this post. Started off with Grousemoor for my morning birthday smoke. Played 18 holes with the lads. Home now, and sitting on the patio with Dunhill Flake before my Mrs. brings my birthday dinner. Cheers everyone. ππ
