Their warranty against defects such as burnouts, etc. stands for 2 years. This is a simple case of returning it (as I'm not satisfied) for a refund from the merchant as it has not been smoked. As a side note I also ordered a Cumberland 4108. It does pass a cleaner and it smoked wonderfully from the start. I'm very happy with it. I'm shocked....did you manage to get it sorted yet? I wrote to the merchant Friday, should get an reply today. I asked him to forward to Dunhill the email I wrote them as I included him in it. The pipe will return by the post today as Canada Post is not open on Saturdays in my town. |

Update: of course, the pipe has been returned and I will get a refund from the merchant.
