I've rediscovered PS's Luxury Bullseye coins. Good, lite, and hay taste. Love my English/Balkans, but this is a nice break.

Watch City Old Dominion in the Yello-Bole Checker - Oooh, nice Yello-Bole! I've gotta take a look at those from Greywoodie! I am absolutely LOVING my latest Kaywoodie purchased from him for just $40, it's feather-light and it really looks just like a paneled Dunhill.

Dark Rum in a semi churchwarden bent Dublin with a bronze acrylic stem; it's marked Conveztti, as best I can tell. My usual hot coffee sits here beside me, as I wonder why I've held on to this pipe for so long. A nice looking pipe, but a poor smoke on it's best day, I picked it up years ago, hoping the wife might take to it and give up the Marlboros...no such luck. Maybe a Converti? There made by Armellini, an Italian maker obviously. If it is I find it strange it doesn't smoke decent enough, he made pretty nice pipes.

You are correct as to the maker, the marking is somewhat worn and my old peepers aren't what they used to be. As to performance , Armellini dose indeed make a fine pipe, so it could be that I haven't found the right blend for this pipe , nor am I likely to do so, as the bowl is too small for my needs...it was ,after all, purchased for my wife. Thank you for clearing up my mistake as to the maker. Best, Herb.

Currently out of Checkers (and a lot of other lines), but they carry Kaywoodie-Yello Bole-Medico pipes.
