Found these at Costco. www.grillospickles.com/Pickle chips like no other, not overly dill spiced like so many pickles, and the freshness… never had another commercially prepared pickle like it. In the refrigerated section. I finally got around to trying these today. I really enjoy them thanks for the recommendation.

Homemade tomato sauce with fresh herbs, garlic, onions and tomatoes. Gonna make enough to put up in the freezer for when I am not so energetic. Got stew, cabbage soup already put up. Got to strike while the irons are hot.

Hotdogs and Mac & cheese with the kiddos. Not the best, but it's not McDonalds. I'll count it as a win

Toasted Cheez It’s… cracker junkie… these things are much better than the original. I wonder if a lazy guy at the ovens messed up a batch,, and everyone heralded him as a hero…. That would be cool.
Leftover Carne adovada, beans, and jalapeño cornbread in a bit.

Proper bangers (made at a local butcher and fortunately distributed at a nearby grocery) and scrambled eggs for brunch. Half a pot of coffee to accompany. I had this fellow for dinner, along with a couple decent sized (8") Bluegill; all from our pond. Homemade beer-batter and deep fried, with fried sweet potato and steamed peas. The leftovers will be today's lunch.

That sounds awfully tempting, but you're nearly 24 hours away. Split Pea soup done up like that is one of my (and my daughter's) favorites. Leftovers are usually mixed with a bit of Bisquik and egg and fried in bacon grease.

Supper at a neighbor's house. Pork ribs over apricot wood, Caesar Salad. A mixture of potatoes, carrots and green beans.
Accompanying this was my first "Bud Lite with Lime". Nice seltzer drink. Certainly nothing to do with beer. I call it "Hard Seltzer".
