It was from Aldi, I just added some sauce from Sicily and Parmesan on top. Nothing like my manicotti but easier. Wife made ours, conclusion, Lasagna is easier. Lasagna is a major production for me, takes all day and uses most of pots in the kitchen. Manicotti is actually pretty easy, mixing the cheese filling is the hardest part. If you get the tubes boiled just right they are easy to fill without splitting. I use 4 cheeses for the filling.

Breakfast toaster from Sonic as we headed to Shreveport. Best wishes to the missus. Thanks. We spent all day getting checked in at the doctor's office and the hospital. Pretty tired. Have to be at the hospital at 8am.

Heading to the B&B. She is doing well, walked 200 feet and not feeling much pain. Next problem is when she realizes that she will never eat a 20 oz steak again.

I always have wanted to do a pig in the ground, real beer will be mandatory if and when it happens! “ Do you wanna drink, hey do you wanna party? Hey honey, this is old Hank, ready to get the thing started We cooked the pig in the ground, got some beer on ice And all my rowdy friends are comin' over tonight”

Much respect for them

Much respect for them I have similar friends and certainly enjoy St. Pauli non-alcohol. Ditto Beck's. I have not found a worthy USA non-A beer.

I figured that was the case, I have family members in the same circumstances, and do the same.
