In the waiting room while my wife has foot surgery ... double pouch of Zyn Citrus to keep me steady. Jeez. Best to both!

But then there is this too... I think free nicotine is the relevant measure. These numbers surprise me. I was a youngster, but it sure seemed potent.

@darin Best of luck. A double pouch of Zyn sort of reminded me of George in the movie Blow waiting on the baby to be born. Don't pull a George, now. @that list of free nicotine. The first tin of dip I went and bought some weeks ago when I got the craving was the Kodiak Premium Winter Green and I do quite like that one and the flavor but I had to taper myself back up towards a fatter pinch as I could definitely tell how strong it is. But the Oden's pouches I've been on lately are 9mg per pouch and I haven't had the balls to venture into the tins of Siberia extreme yet which are supposedly 43mg of nicotine per white portion! I have a tin of Siberia on hand, and I bought a few of Oden's Xtra Stark as well which are nearly 40mg per pouch.

Has anyone tried Copenhagen Snuff? I received a coupon for $2 off per tin. I figure I could use it on the reservation smoke shop next door to Chandler. You mean regular Copenhagen snuff? It used to be my preferred dip I started on but I shop around a bit these days. I like the regular fine and long cut. Prefer long cut more these days for longer flavor and easier mouth management and mess.
It's moist oral snuff, Charlie. Not for your nose. Seems Josh already said exactly what my thoughts are before I went ahead and posted. Long cut flavor lasts longer, the Copenhagen fine cut is a bit advanced for pinching it hard enough to pack a pinch in your gumline that won't slosh all about your whole mouth. I used to find the Copenhagen really strong and many dip aficionados consider Copenhagen the nicest American snuff brand. American round snuff cans are all for your mouth and come sopping wet and juicy.
Another confusing classification is that all American oral dipping tobacco is called snuff, whether long cut or fine grind. As Americans though, we conflate the terms and call it dip, and chew. Chew is long leaf tobacco that you actually chew, like Red Mans pouches and plugs.
Like Ron mentioned, my great grandparents in the South sat out on the porch and dipped Garrett's dental nasal snuff in their mouths all day long and when I was really little I remember them always having it running out of their mouths.

God you guys are nasty filthy animals, just like my aunts. Coming at me with those brown, dripping lips! They should have been in jail for child abuse. 😭😉🤠

Thanks Zach! 🙂
Last night, I cut off a good sized hunk of some 2016 GH Sweet Rum Twist to chew. It's dark, strong, smokey & leathery but definitely a black tar looking spit. 😜

I finally got to Begum Green. Very light menthol my foot. The menthol does dissipate quickly, at least. It's very intriguing after that. The 6g sampler is plenty!
Also, I don't know if this has been noticed. If you have a tin of snuv, rotate it and look at the logo. They knew what they did. Especially since they make Rusty Trombone. Fannyphiles? You decide.

Lol... ABSOLUTELY!! Rusty Trombone is just plain and packs a punch. Rusty Nail is my go-to when I want menthol. The added camphor and eucalyptus is really nice. I used to like WoS Aniseed & Eucalyptus but it disappeared before I could order more.

Thanks for the clarification! I like Chimo orally, but a granular oral snuff would be kinda nasty to me. And the Chimo has far superior horsepower… Copenhagen needs to get their act together and produce some.

I jumped on the Zyn citrus (6mg) wagon as well. Theyre not too bad. The "On!" Pouches (8mg) are definitely stronger. It helps get me through thr day. Too hot to smoke in the daytime 🤣

I recently decided to pick up a few tins and give snuff a try. First up was some Fribourg and Treyer Old Paris, followed by Gawith and Hoggarth S.P. Aroma for both is quite nice. Old Paris has a very short duration, but quite enjoyable. S.P. seems to have a little more spice, and lingers a touch longer.
