Mac Baren Dark Twist in a Pioneer calabash. A great smoke, I have none cellared. Not sure why that is the case. I sometimes don’t even think about it and it waits in it’s jar, but when I do think of it, it’s like meeting and old friend.

First go at C&D House Reserve in an old freehand cob with an Italian vulcanite stem. The black cavendish, burley, and Virginia soft flake pieces are cased in molasses and rum and have a really familiar smell. There were 1,200 tins made this year and sold exclusively in brick and mortar tobacconists.

Smoking some 50 year old Heine’s Blend in an MM Maple spool pipe. I’m jealous! I often smoke fairly recent production of Henie’s Blend and I’m curious what some that old would be like. Shoot me a mailing address and I will send some out. I have quite a bit.
