Huh. I thought the OF line was distributed pretty much everywhere. Maybe the Prohibition series isn't, though, I dunno. Knob Creek will get the job done. You just have to drink more of it. Not here, just the 80 proof bottom shelf OF. I object to 80 proof Bourbon. They aren't as tasty, which is counterintuitive. You would think a higher proof whiskey, with more of the volume being alcohol, would just take more like alcohol. Nope. I mean, I'm sure that effect takes over at some point. At some point, you're just drinking vodka and then Everclear. But my favorite bourbons all cluster in that 100-115 region, not the 80-90 region.

Knob Creek Old Fashioned Cocktail with one small ice cube. Just the things while making non-gluten scones with dried dates while watching an old movie wherein the line is repeated:
"The pellet with the poison is in the flagon with the dragon. The vessel with the pestle has the brew which is true."
If you recognize that movie you are a good man with a sense of humor.

In my limited adventures thus far, I’ve been most impressed with Angel’s Envy Angel's Envy is a solid choice. Around here, unfortunately, it's overpriced. When I can get Elijah Craig Small Batch for a little more than half the cost, Angel's Envy is a nonstarter.

Knob Creek 12 year neat. Ive had the bottle on a shelf for a year. Dont know why I waited so long to try it. One of the first cool evenings of the year. Watching the cats play with random bugs drawn to the porch lights. Dog ignoring us all , staring out into the dark. I can think of much worse ways to spend an evening.

I rarely have a drink anymore, generally if I’m out somewhere. That said, sipping a little Knob Creek right now…

Wild Turkey 101 and Ginger Ale.
I have a sinus infection owing to my CPAP losing the water tank and tube heater. Too many weeks of cold dry air at night. The supplier who bills Medicare does not care if the device works or not so long as they can bill the government. Trying to get a replacement. Not easy with these crooked companies. Apria.
