Thx for the positives on the G.Foreman grill. Living alone no need for the larger one. Dunno the model #, one temp setting, holds either two 1/3 beef patties or 6 avg size dawgs. Was around $35, sales tax, either Target or WallyWorld
Brunch next, Schwan #751 mac/cheese with two #411 sausage links added. Nuke for 6mins. Might G.Foreman a Zweigles skin-on white dawg mid-afternoon. Was usual munchies earlier

Beef shanks with the usual vegetables and mushrooms slow cooked in wine and stock. Thickened with sour cream. Paprika. Goulash on Egg Noodles.
The sour cream gilded the Lilly. Now I have to take a nap. Urp. Good though.

Chicken thighs from the cast iron skillet, corn with colorful bell pepper mixed in, wheat rolls rolled in oats with butter and honey. Diet coke to make it all slide down. That sounds really good. Chx thighs in the iron skillet are regular for me. Adding vegetables to the skillet adds a little steam to keep the thighs moist. I sometimes add grated purple cabbage.

Dinner was a salad of red lettuce, English Cheddar and raisins. Dressed with EVOO from Morocco. Something I learned at a Sikh Ashram long ago. Sounds odd but the raisins really work in this, in place of vinegar. The cheese should be Feta.
