after snoozie, Schwan #751 mac&cheese nuke. Very simple nuke-prep. To TV & use tablespoon to shovel it in. Usual 6pm local/national newsfeeds. Jeopardy later, store brand tea & cookies.

Goya brand Black Bean Soup. Tasty but saltier than I like. So, I added sherry and sour cream after the stick blender puréed the soup. Next time, I shall add some potato to absorb some of the salt. On the whole, I enjoy Goya food products. I agree, Goya products rock. I buy the Goyo reduced black bean soup. Love it over white rice.

Breakfast was a homemade burrito with my own beans, part of a smoked pork chop and scrambled egg with cheese. Whole wheat tortilla.
I got to find a substitute for tomato and chilies.

A friend here installed a power flush toilet. He got it for cheap at one of the construction recycling centers here. It uses compressed air to force water and waste down the hole. He is a first generation German American. Ach so! Vhen he flushes, he cries "Torpedo Los! |

In the oven is a casserole of large diced cooked chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, sour cream and frozen mixed Asian vegetables. Topped with French Fried onions from a can. Not sure what to call this. It can be made with any cream soup, of course. Chicken, Tuna, roast pork will all work.
It has that Betty Crocker/Peg Bracken feel to it.
