A beef stew underway in the old Griswald Tite-top Dutch oven. Beef, seasoning ham, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, Rutabagas (Swedes), carrots, celery, onions, mushrooms, tomato, garlic, bay leaves. Liquid is Heinz tinned Oxtail Soup and Guinness Stout. Low and slow to first cook the meat, onions, garlic, and portabella mushrooms. The vegetables added later today. Should be ready for supper this evening. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and have a bowl.

after snoozie, one piece breaded Schwan #404 chicken bake, 1-cup #755 bulk corn nuke. To TV for usuals, eat & newsfeeds. Jeopardy later, store brand ice cream sundae

The Stew came out great. I added Portuguese Piri Piri seasoning along with Hungarian smoked paprika and tomato sauce. First time with sweet potatoes. I liked what they did to the gravy.

They make a great pork belly sandwich on toasted sourdough, with aioli really good tomatoes, lettuce . Caesar salad, and a really good “Irish ale”.
Beautiful view of the mountains near Fort Huachuca.
