(3)Schwan #482 toaster pancakes one cycle. Usuals real maple syrup, real butter, sausage links...nuke to plateful of mess finished. Probably light sups
Ed-comfy with two full meals/day..age related. A few snacks now & then

Lunch was a cube steak in the skillet with large diced potatoes. Chewing easier owing antibiotics finally having an effect.

Dinner was a beef Cube Steak simmered for hours in red chile gravy with meat. Served with diced onion. Mashed baked potatoes so smothered. Fresh Swiss Chard from the garden. A large Gin Gimlet on the side.

I through together a chili with beans using prepared stuff on hand. Not bad. Added TVP hydrated in home made vegetable broth. Topped with real English Cheddar Cheese and diced onions. So far, so good down below....

Soon to be a Zweigles skin-on white dawg, on small G.Foreman indoor grill. 2 slices Al Cohen rye instead of usual bun. A Schwan ice cream cone for side...it's 80 now

It being Sunday, a journey of 20 miles to San Luis Colorado and Mrs. Rios Thai Kitchen. Pad Kee Mao with roast duck and egg rolls with Thai Cream Soda to imbibe. So glad these folks are here or there. Beautiful evening for a drive at Sunset. As usual, met up with neighboring families. One of the things I like about small town living.

Nothing special. Two poached eggs on toast. Coffee. Going to a fete where Beef Brisket will be served this afternoon. Must leave space available. It has been a long time since I seen a Brisket from a charcoal grill.
