Out dealing with a water thief at 0645 today. Finally back for breakfast... if I can be left alone long enough to enjoy it. Poached eggs on toast with bacon. I am enjoying Boar's Head Thick sliced bacon. Best I have had in a while. The meat to fat ratio meets my expectations.

Finished Zweigles skin-on red dawg, 8mins on small G.Foreman indoor grill. That & another CokeClassic to TV, Yanks/Pirates. Seems good choice "at the ball park" menu at home. At least can smoke a Punch 6x50, no anti-smoking Nazis giving me grief (sure not allowed anyhow)! Schwan ice cream cone to follow

Started this day with two poached eggs on a toasted Naan, one strip of Boar's Head Thick Cut Bacon and two cups of Chock Full of Nuts Coffee. This is about the only ground coffee packed in a steel can. I keep all my cans, of course. Handy, they are for all manner of uses.

Whenever I puncture a sealed can of coffee, hear the “whoosh”, My nose is herded by a tractor beam to inhale deeply.

I loved the rings in the loaves and the perfectly circular slices.

Yesterday I learned I have a Fatty Liver. So, dietary changes indicated. This morning's breakfast was two poached eggs on dry non-gluten toast. Later, homemade Humus on lettuce leaves. I also am switching to red wine and putting the spirits aside for a while.
