Haunted Bookshop in the Sunday cob for my last smoke of the day. The kids were over for bbq today. Ribs from the smoker and a couple sides my wife made. Tobacco and pipes were part of the festivities. It was a good day.

Good Morning! It's 58° with a mostly cloudy sky out here on the deck before first light. I have a hospital case worker and my physical therapist coming this afternoon, so I'll get poked 'n prodded like an old cow. The smoking day has begun with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the other Savinelli Venere 128 and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good, safe day, everybody!  |

Good Morning Again! It's 76° with a clear sky and bright sunshine out here on the deck right now. My dearest wife is going to pick up our order from BJ'S and our granddaughter will stop by to give her a hand getting the car unloaded. Me? Well, I'm going to take a nap shortly. Finishing a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Sav rusticated billiard and there's some coffee left in the mug.

Good Afternoon! It's 83°, very humid, and cloudy out here on the deck. I had both my occupational therapist and physical therapist stop by earlier. I was given my list of exercises, told to ice my hip twice a day, and went down the front steps, walked to the driveway next door, then came back to the house. I'll do this again with my physical therapist on Wednesday. Sore and tired right now. Anyway, I'm currently smoking a bowl of Limerick VA Flake in the Sav rusticated billiard with a plastic mugga cold water on the side. Enjoy the evening, everybody!

Astley's Rhodesian with Sutliff Majestic English... A bottle of water alongside... Studying my sermon to deliver to pastors tomorrow. Hard to preach to preachers sometimes, but, with the conditions of the world today this should be easy. No pressure, their average 40 years in the pulpit, me 11 months... What makes me think I can teach them???  |
