Was 20° and too cold to pipe the last couple days. It's supposed to be up to 66° today, so much better. I have Captain Black and SV English Mixture on the way via economy mail from Pipes and cigars.com. Stay warm, my friends and enjoy your puffing. 66? Wow. We'd take some of that right about now.

Good Morning! It's 21° here with a cloudy sky right now. Today I'll finally put our minimalist holiday decorations in storage. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of Scottish Flake in the Savinelli Venera 128 rusticated billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my insulated work coat. Have a good one everybody!

Good Morning Again! It's still 21° here with some snow flurries in the forecast. I'm finishing up a bowl of Bayou Morning Flake in the Sav rusticated billiard and occasionally sipping my coffee. Next, I think, will be some HH Pure VA Flake. Time to check the headline news.

Happy Thursday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee. It's 24, with not much wind, here. We got a couple inches of snow this morning. Gonna head out and deal with that in a little while.

Abingdon in Randy Wiley blast freehand, Coke by side. Do a few things inside, then back to sleep, snowing after a pause, not stepping outside to find out total, would need a yardstick!

Digging in to the Sutliff Barrel Aged No. 4 last night really got me primed for some dark fired and fuller flavored blends. So I decided to pop a tin of something I have but haven’t gotten around to trying yet. I picked Birds of a Feather Aberrant which I’m smoking in my BC calabash.

Awoke once again to sub frigid weather in the southland. 10º at 7am and went up to 27º when I left the dar thrower's, (acupuncturist), office. Went by the cleaners and they told me I had two drop offs to pick up. I dod tell the wife I thought some shirts were missing, only short sleeve ones left in the closet... Having a bowl of The Flying Dutchman Match in a LHS Purex Dublin Shape... Sweet little smoker... Just an old Workmans pipe I guess. Nothing fancy just efficient! A hot chocolate alongside... The wench drank all the coffee and didn't feel like a K cup...

It's definitely chilly there. I hope you have a warm place you can smoke? Nope. It's outside or nothing. As mentioned previously, I can bundle up enough to keep warm in reasonably cold temps, not this low-teens and single-digit nonsense, but I can't keep my nose from running. So, if it's below 30-ish, I generally just take a pass.

I’m itching and ready to try all of em. I only smoked one tin of Uno, the rest are sleeping. Only tried the first #1 Sutliff Barrel Aged series as well. I did manage to get all 6 episodes of Pipe Force before release though, and those are great and unique. I may also pop open the next Birds of a Feather in the series this weekend.

I’ve only smoked Uno and Eccentric (which I only tried because one of my tins got mangled in shipping and the seal was broken) up until now, all the rest have been waiting. I’m only one bowl in with the Aberrant now, but it is outstanding. I also have the Pipe Force series, but haven’t tried any of them yet.

Ken Byron Ventures The Patience of Dr. Silence in a vintage Stanwell Hans Christian Andersen. I’m really enjoying this one, it almost strikes me as a more sophisticated version of Samuel Gawith 1792 Flake, which I love.
