The best remedy I have found is Aveeno Anti Itch Cream in the tub. It can be ordered from Amazon and it really works for me. Better than the steroid cream. I take a tepid shower, towel off and really slather it on while the pores are open.

I just tried the tube last night and it seems good too. The jars are just too expensive. |

I would try and talk any person that I care about, out of pursuing a military career, it has been a mess and has been trending that way for some time.
My brother that is about as gung Ho! a Marine as there ever was, would agree.

I am not really prone to insomnia, but it paid a visit to me last night.
I was dozing before 9PM last night the wife told me to go to bed as I had to get up at 3:30 AM. I never got five seconds of sleep and had to drive to Vegas, punched out at 5PM.
Thank God for caffeine tablets.
Hope this is a random visit… pretty much sucks.
