Well, I've redyed and Renaissance Waxed that recently acquired Comoy's estate pipe (not the one that went to the wrong address). It looks like an amateur did it, but I guess that's alright since one did. It does look better on the whole. Thanks for the info, Silver.

I never graduated to a big road bike like some of the fellows here. I had a Harley SX125 purchased used with money made picking up aluminum cans. That little bike ran all the farm to market roads in the hill country and somehow made it all the way to Lake Livingston and we discovered it under a pile of stuff. Twenty five years later my uncle ED and me got it running one weekend and took off for the VFW. I remember my wife and aunt were pretty upset when they had to come pick us up. Good memories.

My Mossberg 12 gauge with 3.5 inch loads of 00 shot is enough for me to handle. 18 pellets. I recall shooting a 10 gauge H&R break open single long ago. That was fun... not.

Waiting on a call from a Surgeon's office to move up my appointment from the end of February to a more immediate date. Tick, tick, tick.... No word on the Pathology report yet.

Working on my second cup of java. Need to change the bandages out on my ankle ulcer just not ready to start the process today. Got all my numbers back from my regular doctor on my blood work A1c is up a click but the white blood cell count is not showing it ugly head. Armed with a box of Good@Plenty on the desk to savor two little pieces at a pop. I could have sworn that there was a box of Mike@Ike candy hidden somewhere.

Pretty sure I can take out a drone with my Texas made Snake Charmer II .410. Next time that a drone decides to spy on me. Well that is lie because I have yet to see my first spy drone.

The Droneshields don’t look all that reliable to me. Took a while to bring that little toy drone down. Under attack you’re supposed to run thru that selection of frequency buttons to find the right one? And how easy would it be for the enemy to cobble together a counter-counter-measure? Nope. Wouldn’t trust them with my life.

When we first moved into our current home, a drone showed up to check us out. At first, I waved and ignored it. About the third time it showed up, I grabbed my Mossberg and put it in the sites. Never saw it again. 😅

I am using a Mossberg 24 inch open cylinder barrel with rifle sights.

I doubt the military will select shotguns for anti-drone service. And certainly not 410s. I would bet they have or are developing mini-Patriot systems to destroy them at distance. The whole Droneshield program looks bogus to me.

Doppler radar shows nearest rain is 32 miles away. Tomorrow is a busy day two doctors appointments and getting the taxes done. Then after that it can rain all it wants after I am safely back in the house.

Could be. I think a fairly mild winter was forecast for most of the country because of El Nino. Don't know how that affects spring.

Snowing this morning. Too warm. 0800 and the temp is 32 degrees (F). Likely turn to rain and then the roads freeze to ice in the evening. Heading to town for MD consultation. It will be an interesting drive home!
