Thanks, urb! I've already smoked the Parker, nice smoker. The Barling needs to go through the cleaning treatment. It's not too grungy, though. Nice blast on it. I have neither a Parker nor a Hardcastle. That'll probably change, eventually. They certainly are nice! |

Picked up a couple more pipes in the last couple weeks. The first one's a Barling TVF EXEL Lumberman:  The other one is a Parker sandblasted Lovat (or is it a long-shanked billiard?) with saddle stem.  Yes, Lovat. Or maybe Apple…. |

An outdoor fan. It's got one of those misting attachments, which I doubt will do any good in our humidity, but it still seemed like kind of the best outdoor pedestal fan overall.

Spoken by a Houstonian that has been there. I visitedmy sis in law in Loudon county Virginia, settled down for a smoke on her deck with a beautiful view. That lasted five minutes, next thing I knew I was in a jungle tested Off! Commercial. I had more bites than an innocent kitten in a pit bull pen. |

It just instantly caught my eye as a big Canadian with nice wood. The grain is identical on the other side too. It’s a little more defined in person than in this photo.  |

I should have added that the chamber needs attention, but no reaming damage or burnout, should clean up fine. Some chew mark damage to the stem.
