Good Morning! It's 60° with a clear sky here at dawn. Nothing planned for this afternoon, so I'll just putter around and maybe watch some baseball. Starting the smoking morning with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the BBB Freestyle smooth bent pot and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Just lit up a bowl of Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake in the MM General cobwarden with an original Walker Forever Stem while sipping my coffee and watching a hokey 1938 detective movie on YouTube.

Had a rough evening last night. Practically no sleep at all. If I get myself going, I'll enjoy some SWRR later on.

Happy Thursday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee on the front porch. 77 with light rain and a breeze here. Headed to 88 with a thunderstorm later today.

Had a rough evening last night. Practically no sleep at all. If I get myself going, I'll enjoy some SWRR later on. No sleep??? any idea why?...I went two nights in a row with no sleep, week before last, with C.O.P.D.; I set the pipes aside for the balance of the week, and as luck would have it, I had a sleep study already planned...the study showed no real new issues and my new BI-PAP is on the way. I did limit myself to no more than two pipes a day for a while...we give up so much for this joy of getting older, but I'm trying to hold on to my pipes.

Out and about, running errands with my wife. A couple bowls of Friar's Bayou in the Thursday cob while we were out. Had a bite to eatwhen we got home, now it's time for a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob on the front porch. It's a hot and windy 86 ahead of some stormy weather later on.

Friar's Bayou in the barrel-shaped meerschaum. Still on the front porch. Still hot and windy. But, I've added a beer to the equation.

I’m still mostly smoking my PS81 experimental batches, right now it’s the 94% PS81, 6% Perique. I also made another one with 3% DAC that’s resting a a jar for a little while.
