Happy Wednesday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Wednesday cob and coffee on the back porch. It's 63, mostly cloudy and quite breezy here. I'll continue working on an ornamental bed that I started on yesterday. I'm clearing out space for new plantings in the spring.

Good Morning Again! It's 66°, breezy, sunny with a blue sky, and high, thin clouds out here on the deck. I'm smoking a bowl of Wessex Brown VA Flake in the Stanwell Silver Mount blasted billiard with my mugga leftover coffee on the side. Tobacco delivery day!

Good Afternoon! It's 74° with a cloudy sky, a cool breeze, and the possibility of a sprinkle of rain out here on the deck. I'm smoking a bowl of Wessex Brown VA Flake in the Stanwell 29 smooth billiard, listening to streaming soft music, and there's a glass of water on the side. Have a great evening everybody!

Done working in the yard for today. I'm having a bowl of Haunted Bookshop in the MM Pony Express with longer stem. 67 and the skies have cleared. It was a good day to work outside.

Another long day. I’m settling down with a bowl of Birds of a Feather Uno in my Savinelli 315KS. Your thoughts on that blend? I have yet to crack a tin. Complex, full and wonderfully balanced. I think it’s exceptional.

Middelton's Apple in a made in London poker, coffee on the side. Did you try your rehydration experiment? I thought better of it...why take a likeable old burley and alter it into an aromatic?...instead, I cut a slice of apple from our remaining supply, and left it in the pouch overnight. This morning's bowl was almost up there with the Apple from years back...I replaced the apple slice this morning, and just seconds ago, tossed it, finding the contents of the pouch moister just a shade past perfect, and the tobacco's aroma akin to that wonderful fall fruit at its peek. The gift of this tobacco couldn't have been better timed...with apple-butter and apple jelly in the works, we had a half case of apples leftover. We made apple crisp, and apple pie, and I've eaten an apple a day for the past week , one morning we fried a few with a bacon and egg breakfast, and now a slice has found it's way into my tobacco. If you haven't had one lately, grab a nice firm one and go for it. Your friend, J. Appleseed.

Good Morning! It's 44° here with a clear, starry sky. I postponed yesterday's shopping trips until this afternoon and have added stops to Home Depot and the pharmacy to the list. Starting off the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 smooth billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Happy Thursday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Thursday cob and coffee on the back porch. It's 51 and sunny here. I'll be taking on a fairly light workload in the garden today, still a bit sore from yesterday's work.

Good Late Morning! It's 54° with large clouds, patches of blue sky, and sunshine out here on the deck. Currently smoking a bowl of fresh Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake in the MM Mark Twain cob and my mugga leftover coffee is tucked underneath my jacket. The neighborhood is quiet, so I think I'll just sit and enjoy this Autumn day for a while.

Good Afternoon! It's 62° with a clear sky and bright sunshine out here on the deck. I'm smoking another bowl of fresh Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake and this time in the MM Washington 5th Avenue cob. Speaking of MM, my new General is going to be delivered today. I think that I'll just listen to some streaming soft music and recover from doing the shopping. Have a great evening everybody!
