Good Morning! It's 37° here with a clear, starry sky right now and all of the workshop heating appliances are up and running. This afternoon we're going to pick up our BJ'S order and then head on over to a supermarket for fresh produce and some fish. The smoking day has started with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Amorelli smooth bent Three Star and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a good one everybody!

Aromatic=Half and Half. Non-Aromatic=Balkan Flake. Smoking them in a Stanwell model 32, what I would call a petite bulldog. Hell, they all get smoked in either that pipe or one of the other three I have. Yes, I only own four pipes now and they're all the same pipe model, but with different finishes. I really enjoy those pipes a great deal...I know, no kidding!! 🤣

Happy Friday! Started the day with a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob and coffee down in the cave. It's 53 with light rain here. No outdoor work today. My wife suggested that we do some organizing and cleaning in the basement. Yay...

Good Afternoon! It's 61°, on the damp side with a partly cloudy sky, sunshine, and a light breeze out here on the deck. I'm smoking a bowl of Bayou Morning Flake in the new MM General fitted with the old Forever Stem. I'll be smoking it everyday for a while in order to break it it in. Listening to streaming soft music and there's a glass of cold water on the side.

Went to daughter and son-in-law's house and sat outside. Their Halloween display was selected to be part of our community Halloween tour. Had a couple bowls of Haunted Bookshop in the Friday cob, then a bowl of Sixpence in the same. We're home now, and I've got to select a blend and a pipe.

It sounds like a fine way to spend a Friday evening. I think October reigns supreme in outdoor pipe smoking, entering the fall with summer behind...I suppose that there is a month in spring that equally is ideal across the northern hemisphere, but this time of year is what comes to mind for me.

This is among my favorites in my collection of Ehrlich meers for looks. I don’t smoke it that often since they all smoke great and part of me wants to keep this one looking fresh.

Good Saturday Morning! It's 47° here with a cloudy sky. This afternoon we're scheduled to make a postponed trip to a supermarket that has good produce and meats, but that'll depend on how my wife's feeling. Starting the smoking day with a bowl of HH Pure VA Flake in the Savinelli Venere 128 rusticated billiard and there's a fresh travel mugga coffee tucked underneath my jacket. Have a great weekend everybody!
