Nothing for now. The card that I sent on our behalf hasn't been returned, so I'm assuming that it found it's way to him.

I wonder if Justin has his phone number?

Oh I see, Ron is saying his cell phone was disconnected. I was thinking he only had a landline but vaguely recall chatting with him about a celll phone now.

Ed’s cellphone was a TracFone that he bought minutes for from month to month. I imagine it hasn’t been reloaded.

He said in earlier threads he drove to a grandkids game...somewhat close by.

He told me he doesn't have any family nearby. Nan's grandkids live in NC. His son lives in Seattle. The only people reasonably nearby were two of Nan's sons, who live in Buffalo. They're the ones that came and helped him when she passed.

There are only a handful of places in the Batavia area as far as nursing homes. While they probably cant give out info, I can call and see if they have a resident named Ed Duncan. Might be a way to relay a message
