Forgot about this one...my father's watch from WW2 a Hamilton GCT...been since 1944 and still keeps excellent time. Has a 51 hour run time between windings. That's a bee-yoot.

The nicer one I finally got this past February is a Bertucci A-2T Super Classic. Bigger than I was looking for at 40 mm, but I got comfortable with that quickly. It looks good and seems to be built like a tank, and may very well be my last watch.
I wore a Bertucci watch I bought from a dealer at The West Coast Pipe Show for a few years before I retired. I liked the look and it performed very well. The best feature was that you could throw the NATO strap in the wash.

The best feature was that you could throw the NATO strap in the wash. What convinced me was that almost all the jewelers at the old family shop where I got it wear Bertuccis. As does my doctor, who told me he wanted a watch he could wear both at work (accurate & readable with a second hand) and fishing.
