For my lunch today I had some really tasty homemade corned beef hash with steamed cabbage and my wife’s baked cornbread, and as ever, decaf iced tea is my beverage of choice. Our temperature today has finally made it up to 27 degrees and my hot lunch was much appreciated.

Tuna salad was the lunch time treat...made it primarily cause puppy loves tuna. So, of course, she had her share of the tuna before it was made into tuna salad...dogs should not have any onion and that was in the salad. Dinner was a Marie C's Beef pot pie...somebody forgot the veggies...was all meat and sauce and a really great crust, but the "machine" forgot to put the veggies in. Coffee is now the main treat tonight...I can drink it by the gallon.

Dry mouth again, glad I picked up the last 3 half gallons of Mayfield pumpkin pie ice cream on special sale for $2.47 each. Great close out price from Lowe’s Foods 👍👍

Two corn dogs cause it is late I don't feel good and it takes 2 minutes to make em. After reading the previous posts I want some sour kraut, Vidalia Onion and a pot pie and some ice cream all of which I do not have on hand. Oh and a big cookie.

I thought we agreed not to talk about cookies. Having some meds with coffee they are very filling. Sean, three of my meds must be taken with something in my stomach. The same acids that breaks down food is the same acid needed to break down these meds so they are digested properly to work as they should. At that hour I can’t eat more than a cookie. Now having a apple bacon, egg and cheese burrito with a side mug of Green Mountain Columbian coffee ☕️. No food or liquids after 9pm, tomorrow I have two appointments. This is when I carry my Yello-Bole Pug from 1968.......still smokes wonderful 👍👍

I got me a cast iron stomach so 13 down the hatch at once. Well and there is probably something down there being digested. Eggs and bacon I do have on hand and that sounds pretty darn tasty. But cookies I don't have any baking powder or soda despite having Heath Bar Choc Chips and the flour and sugar.

Afternoon snack consists of a ham, extra sharp cheddar cheese, banana pepper rings on Italian Bread grilled until the cheese has melted. Decaf iced tea is my beverage.

Nathan's all beef hot dogs on white buns with mustard and Hormel chili. I didn't feel like cooking anything else after spending all morning chopped herbs and vegetables for tabouli.
