Nobody’s home so the kitchen is mine! I’m going to make myself a nice size bowl of rigatoni carbonara, shouldn’t take long I have all I need. including in my own recipe portobello mushrooms and well cooked bacon. Plus I only use the egg yolks. Everyone has their own rendition. See y’all later👍

Whipped up a short Cassoulet with White Beans, charbroiled garlic sausage, celery, parsley, spinach, garlic, shallots, tyme and other stuff. No duck on hand. Hope to add some rotisterie chicken.

Just finished off some Zatarain's red beans and rice with sausage. Really tasty treat when you don't feel like cooking.
Heading out for a bowl of G&H Rum Flake in a cob.

Just had my dinner in my bedroom...was in the mood for PB&J.....so I had it on a large white wrap and rolled it up like a cigar. I’m good to go, with a side of fresh coffee👌👍

Just finished some bbq leg quarters, yellow rice and green beans from the garden. |

There's a no smoking policy here so may not get a chance this week. I brought my legend and a pouch of holger danske vanilla and orange just in case. |

Na, the conference is in sligo IT which is non smoking. I may pack a bowl and go for a walk but to be honest, I would rather take wine and cheese with my good wife over a pipe on my own any day. (if the choice is a pipe or wine and cheese with my BAD wife, I'd take the pipe). |
