Tonight will be locally made liverwurst with bacon, NO sulfites added.....the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating on dark pumpernickel and sliced Vidalia onions topped with my horseradish sauce 👌👍👍. A side of “ long “ thin sliced pickles on the side. Also a few tablespoons of locally made coleslaw........my kind of dinner!!! Man, I agree. A good Leberwurst with good onions and horseradish or a good mustard is a wonderful thing.

Dinner this evening was lamb chops seared in an iron pan served with mint jelly, lentils and spinach in Madras curry over Thai Jasmine rice, broccoli slaw and 1,000 Island. Seconds on the lentil curry.

eventually to be usual Sunday fare of plateful of mess ham/sharp cheddar, 4-lg eggs in "skillet" option of indoor GeoForman grill. With wife's overall health, probably closer to brunch.

Mushroom, sharp cheddar and onion omelette. One slice of pumpernickel bread. A mug of Lowe’s brand Kona coffee ☕️ almost ready in the French press 👍

Another great flavour we don't get in the states.... There must be some way to get them. Ron put in an order for some. I order them on Amazon, but it's a bummer paying premium prices for junk food. haha So many British products would do well here if our grocery stores just carried them.

I had a friend over for the weekend. We went through beers beyond count and gorged ourselves on Battleships from Triangle Bar & Grill. One of the best hoagies in town.
I've got a few beers to finish before I head back into keto-mode. Boddington's and Czechvar! May as well order up some junk food to accompany them.
It's good to be king.

Chuck roast in the crock pot be a few more hours. Had a handful of broken chips. Our crock pot has the worlds shortest cord about 16inchs at best and the handle on the lid is broke off. Still works good.

Last night I got the munchies at like 11 pm. Made a grilled chicken and egg white omelette. Was the healthiest thing I could come up with. The pretzels and French onion dip I ate while making it didn’t help

Lunch was two kinds of leftover curry- a buttermilk chicken curry with coconut and a lentil and brown rice curry Madras style. Served in a divided bowl. Red and yellow. Very picturesque.

seeing spent mucho time outside doing yard work & bring up planty type things from cellar (wifie cannot do in her present conditions), gonna be lazy for sups. Toast up two large slices of Al Cohen rye, apply softened real butter with store brand crunch p.nut butter & grape jelly. Will be "filling". CokeClassic to help wash 'em down. Store brand cookies with store brand tea later following "60minutes".

Ok don’t laugh but my son picked out vegetarian sausage and we made sausage peppers and onion sandwiches. They were actually very good and the first sausage sandwich I’ve had that had 0 fat in it

After church we decided to swing by the grocery store since hadn't planned anything to pull from the freezer...manager special on Country style spareribs...a quick treatment with with Mansmith's dry rub grilling spice, and Yoshida's teriyaki that evidentially, has no expiration date ...grilled with indirect method...very tasty.

Looks great there, T-Boss!
Well, the head Kraut is 84 and not feeling up to company so I had dinner alone: Lamb chop, curried lentils with brown rice and quinoa and stir fried vegetables. I am not complaining!

Dennison's Chili over an open face Peanut Butter sandwich. Dennison's has been my chile for 55 years. There are brands that might be tastier- Wolf, for example. Dennison's is the one I come home to. Don't know about the P-Butter sandwich part but I will take your word on it.
