Haven't tried that trailbossHard to beat a pb&j, especially on toast. During my first divorce it was my daily meal for 2 weeks. My extra money went to whiskey and dog food.

1/2 a box of Cap'n Crunch. I'm relieved to know that I'm not the only one that gets 2 servings from a whole box of cereal. Sometimes just 1. Wouldn't think it from my size, 6'1 175 lbs. I dont buy it often, but when I do, it doesn't stand a chance. Even though it tears apart the roof of my mouth.... it's worth it. Had tacos for dinner, now watching TV and eating sugar babies

An early morning snack of my favorite oatmeal cookie ...โ Motherโs hard baked iced oatmeal cookie โ. No longer found on the shelf of my local Walmart, I buy them online because this cookie is better than any oatmeal cookies sold at the 4 different supermarket chains nearby. I donโt care for soft batch cookies!!!

Sausage rolls with HP brown sauce! YASSS! That was one of my favorite lunches whilst living in the UK. Naturally, that required a pint of ale or stout to wash it down. Ditto the HP Sauce. I keep a case on hand here at all times.

Last night was broiled salmon with spinach empanadas and cucumber and tomato salad. Breakfast was a breakfast jack and a Coke. Lunch was a pimento cheese sandwich with potato chips. Much to hot to eat heavy.

A whole wheat wrap with home grown ( not this home ) beef steak tomato ( hardly any seeds ) and sliced Vadalia onions, topped with Dukes mayonnaise. A tall glass of water & cubes alongside ๐๐
