Thanks, John..I don't get to eat ribs all that often...mostly due to laziness on my part...but Costco had them already roasted and ready...all I had to do was eat...can't get any better than that! I understand that!!! Our little market in the nearby Village of Questa, about 20 miles from here, the meat cutter, the butcher, likes to set up a webber grill and smoke pork ribs. He usually has a dozen racks for sale by evening. And, if you are lucky, it is possible to buy one for not too much money. That is a real treat for me!!!

A cold potato, baked previously, is fine. Eaten like an apple. Plain. No salt. No butter.

If you a bake a baked potato in the oven place a few bay leaf in the middle. Does not work in the nuke wave.

Shredded Beef Machaca and Refried Beans topped with cheese and jalapenos … no rice or tortillas. The low-carb thing is still in effect and I'm currently 20 pounds down since the start.

And no invite to the homeboy... this is messed up, man! You aren’t a fatboy ... more like a Goldwinger.... don’t lose too much weight, some ballast is helpful when negotiating the twisty mountain roads.

The hospital cafeteria is serving the same thing again for dinner … come on up!
Don't worry about me getting "skinny" … even at fighting weight I'm around 200 pounds. LOL

It is just a shame that lamb is not much a part of American's diets any more. I remember when lamb and mutton were cheaper than beef.
