Today's anniversary dinner. 2 steaks (the one my wife bought was far too small), garlic fried green beans, onion and mushroom with honey made, and home made spicy oven chips. Washed down with a glass of burgandy. It's all gone now... Steak and Chips!

Kid and I had a guys night, so we had poor kid in the 80s food. It wasnt a staple in our house but most of my friends at that time lived on hot dogs in mac n cheese. We had the step up tonight with the fancy white cheddar and herbs from kraft and I browned up the dogs palatable that way and my minime was tickled.

Soon, it will be well aged Chile Colorado over brown rice, quinoa, and black beans. Spinach Salad with Bob's Big Boy Blue Cheese dressing.
It now appears there will be Red Chile Gravy left over. So, tommorrow it will be Chicken Fried Steak with same. I realize this is unconventional but........

Only had a Birthday cake once from my entire family. Itโs โ gotta โ get better. If not The Middle East here I come again!!

Last night was fajitas...I'm getting bored of the Old El Paso fajita mix. I think I need to switch it up a bit.

You learn by your mistakes, I too would never give a restaurant a second chance!! Quick story , super excited about a new lobster place they opened close to my house. They had Maine lobster sent down to FL, go in there fork over my 17.99 for a lobster roll, get a lobster roll on a regular hot dog bun , (nothing lavish no garlic hoagie toasted), no a regular hot dog bun I could get 8 for a dollar. Take a bit and bam cut my tongue on a piece of shell, bad enough I got blood all over my shirt, manager comes over goes what's going on here, I said the person shelling the lobster should have been more delicate and looked thru the lobster after cooking the lobster and taking it apart. He said oh no we don't use Maine Lobster in our lobster roll we only sell them whole we use frozen and it wasn't our fault that's how they get them. I was pissed and walked out, everyone raves about the place saying its great. I just remember my cut tongue hurting for a week.

You have plenty of excellent restaurants in your surrounding area. Hurt tongue means extremely limited pipe smoking!!! Hope your tongue heals fast๐๐
