Texas sized burger and fabulous fried pickles @ willies in boerne (San Antonio, Texas), a burger the size of texas? Wow, I knew things were bigger in the states, but not THAT big.  |

In about 15 minutes I will be preparing a veggie rice noodle stir fry with sesame oil and garlic hoisin sauce. Was in the mood to create something different 👍👍

The burgers are large and thick and meat is to die for...just amazing eating. Just finished smoked turkey, smoked sausage, cream corn, beans and to top it off, peach cobbler. Burp! |

A huge bowl of fruity pebbles. And by huge I mean 1/2 a box. I havent had this since I quit feeding my "munchies" with it when I quit smoking. It's good.... really good

Out of eggs this morning. So, breakfast was an Opa Beef Sausage on a roll.

You learn by your mistakes, I too would never give a restaurant a second chance!! Quick story , super excited about a new lobster place they opened close to my house. They had Maine lobster sent down to FL, go in there fork over my 17.99 for a lobster roll, get a lobster roll on a regular hot dog bun , (nothing lavish no garlic hoagie toasted), no a regular hot dog bun I could get 8 for a dollar. Take a bit and bam cut my tongue on a piece of shell, bad enough I got blood all over my shirt, manager comes over goes what's going on here, I said the person shelling the lobster should have been more delicate and looked thru the lobster after cooking the lobster and taking it apart. He said oh no we don't use Maine Lobster in our lobster roll we only sell them whole we use frozen and it wasn't our fault that's how they get them. I was pissed and walked out, everyone raves about the place saying its great. I just remember my cut tongue hurting for a week. That is terrible. As a former restaurant owner/operator, they have absolute liability for what is served and any injuries you experienced unless the State of Florida provides a legal exemption. So, they advertise Maine Lobster and then substitute some sort of frozen product from who knows where in their sandwiches? I hate places like that. |

Bought some Ritz crackers and peanut butter in case the power went out.It's beginning to look like that may not happen.So I started eating them.I hope I haven't acted too soon.

Might have been bill miller BBQ...best fried chicken and graveyard I',ve ever eaten. Fabulous food here in boerne, Texas. Found a couple of turquoise rings for my wife and one for myself. Looking for 30 years for something this nice and now the search is over. |

I made a cheese omelet and fried some spam this morning. Wife fixed biscuits so we had those with marmalade. Fixin' to make a spam sandwich. Tonight it's going to be steak and potatoes.

Sausage tortellini with Alfredo sauce, Caesar salad, garlic bread, spicy pickled peppers, chocolate cake with raspberry filling and a graham cracker porter. Thinking about a third pipe.
