Second batch of scones with normal flour. Raspberry and white chocolate... Excellent! It appears you folded the dough or is that an illusion? I do that with American biscuits, beat them down with a rolling dowl and fold again.

Beef Rump Roast went into crockpot this morning with onions, carrots, garlic, bay leavs, zatar seasoning. 24 ounce bottle of Guinness Stout. Around 1430, a heap of baby portabella mushrooms added. Cabbage comes later. When the cooking is completed, platter the whole thing and drain the liquid which will be added to a roux and simmered. Then maybe some cream and seasonings. Not sure which direction. It could be smoked Paprika. It could be Red Chili. It could be no additional seasonings at all. I like a nice gravy.

Ted, have you tried the Stouffers Meat Lovers Lasagna...they also have a 5 cheese lasagna too, I believe. Not bad for frozen.

There is about four meals there. The platter is 15 inches in diameter.
Had a really nice Mushroon and Swiss Cheeseburger at "Pat's Place" in Questa NM. Nice Diner type establishment. Stop on in if driving south from Denver, CO Springs or Pueblo in route to Santa Fe or Albuquerque.
